I'm restarting my diet tracking. I've been "off the wagon" for so long the numbers won't really mean anything anymore. I really screwed this one up. On top of it all, I think I may have gained all my original weight back. I'm going to try and weigh in tonight when I get home so I have a starting point. Right now, I'm trying to force myself to drink my morning shake and take my supplements. It's after 10:30 ... should have already had breakfast, etc.
